  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipping)

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once your return is approved:

  • Repackage the item in its original packaging with all included parts
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Securely seal the package to prevent damage in transit

You have two options for returning your items:

  • Prepaid Return Label: For exchanges, we’ll email you a prepaid return label
  • Self-Arranged Return: For refunds, you may ship using your preferred carrier

Refund Process

Refund Timing

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Bank Transfers: May take 7-10 business days to appear in your account

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). If you paid with multiple methods, we’ll refund each method proportionally.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless exchanging an item.

Exchange Process

  • For exchanges of equal or greater value: We’ll email you a prepaid return label for the original item. Once received, we’ll ship your replacement product within 1-2 business days.
  • For exchanges of higher value: You’ll only need to pay the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
