Orders can be modified/cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing [email protected]. After processing begins (typically same day for orders before 2PM PST), changes may not be possible due to our fast fulfillment.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship globally except select Asian regions and remote areas. Our San Francisco warehouse ensures fast dispatch to North America, Europe, and Oceania.
What are my shipping options?
Express Shipping ($12.95 flat rate):

- Delivery: 10-15 days after dispatch

- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery: 15-25 days after dispatch

Why does my international shipment require customs clearance?
All international packages include commercial invoices as required by law. While this may cause brief delays, our clear labeling helps speed the process. Duties/taxes vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.
When will my order ship?
Orders process in 1-2 business days. Pro Tip: Orders placed before 2PM PST often ship same day! During peak season (April-June), allow extra processing time.
Returns & Warranty
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from delivery date. Items must be unused in original packaging. Email [email protected] to initiate returns. Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Rare but covered! All shipments are insured. Email photos of damaged items to [email protected] and we’ll ship replacements immediately at no cost.
Do you offer product warranties?
